Anschlie\u00dfend wird diese Probe f\u00fcr die Analyse in unserem Labor vorbereitet.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Zubereitung wird die Probe getrocknet und gemahlen (&lt;250 Mikron). Au\u00dferdem werden visuelle Tests durchgef\u00fchrt, um den physikalischen Aspekt der Charge zu bewerten. Im Rahmen dieser Beurteilung wird das Material in verschiedene Fraktionen ausgesiebt. Gegebenenfalls kann die Schmelzausbeute ermittelt werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Verarbeitung<\/h3>\n<p>Die Zinkr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde werden auf der Grundlage der erforderlichen chemischen Spezifikationen ausgew\u00e4hlt und zusammengestellt und, falls gew\u00fcnscht, gebrochen und\/oder gesiebt. Wir verwenden Backen- und Walzenbrecher und ein Mogensen-Siebsystem. Au\u00dferdem werden sie bei Bedarf in qualifizierte (UN) Big Bags verpackt.<\/p>\n<h3>Neu verpacken<\/h3>\n<p>Um alle Erwartungen unserer Kunden zu erf\u00fcllen, haben wir mehrere Investitionen get\u00e4tigt, um alle Materialien nach den W\u00fcnschen unserer Kunden umzupacken. Wir k\u00f6nnen Material in loser Sch\u00fcttung, in Big Bags und in F\u00e4ssern annehmen. Alle Verpackungen werden bei der Ankunft in den Werften von Maastricht und Genk kontrolliert und bei Bedarf in UN-Bigbags umgepackt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2011 wurde eine Entladestation mit einer Big-Bag-Abf\u00fcllanlage gebaut. Sie kann Elektrolichtbogenofenstaub (EAFD) annehmen, der in Silo-LKWs geladen wird, sowie fein fraktionierte Zinkasche, die von Schmelzh\u00fctten und Galvanisierern produziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2013 haben wir eine Container-Abf\u00fcllstation installiert. Diese Station erm\u00f6glicht es uns, EAFD in einem geschlossenen System von den Silo-LKWs in vertikal aufgestellte 20-Fu\u00df-Seecontainer mit einem Innensack umzuladen. Das System erm\u00f6glicht es uns, eine Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t von 20.000 Tonnen pro Jahr zu laden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
