Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Codes im Europ\u00e4ischen Abfallkatalog finden. Der EAK-Code selbst besteht aus sechs Ziffern, w\u00e4hrend ein Sternchen neben dem Code anzeigt, dass der Abfall als gef\u00e4hrlich eingestuft wird. In diesem Moment ist es obligatorisch, ein Notifizierungsverfahren \u00fcber die Regierung einzuleiten (EU-Verordnung Nr. 259\/93 und Nr. 1013\/2006).<\/p>\n<h3>Transport<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn Sie gef\u00e4hrliche Abf\u00e4lle durch einen EU-Mitgliedsstaat exportieren oder importieren wollen, m\u00fcssen Sie die Europ\u00e4ische Abfallverbringungsverordnung (EWSR, oder auf Niederl\u00e4ndisch EVOA) beachten. Bevor Sie gef\u00e4hrliche Abf\u00e4lle \u00fcber die Grenze transportieren, m\u00fcssen Sie einen Vertrag mit dem Empf\u00e4nger der Abf\u00e4lle abschlie\u00dfen. Au\u00dferdem ben\u00f6tigen Sie die Genehmigung der Transitl\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n<h3>Meldung unterst\u00fctzen<\/h3>\n<p>Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber das Wissen, die Erfahrung und die Verfahren, um den Transport gef\u00e4hrlicher Abf\u00e4lle in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften zu organisieren.
