Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen und Anlagen, um eine sichere und effiziente Behandlung dieser Materialien zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Mit dem Top-Submerged Lance (TSL)-Ausschmelzverfahren schmelzen wir Bleir\u00fcckst\u00e4nde zusammen mit Bleikonzentraten bei hohen Temperaturen effizient ein. Diese fortschrittliche Schmelzmethode erm\u00f6glicht eine optimale Metallr\u00fcckgewinnung bei gleichzeitiger Minimierung von Abfall und Emissionen. Das Ergebnis dieses Prozesses ist Bleibullion, eine halbreine Form von Blei, die noch einige Verunreinigungen enth\u00e4lt. Um die h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t zu erreichen, wird das Bleibullion einem Raffinationsprozess unterzogen, bei dem die restlichen Verunreinigungen entfernt werden. Durch diese Reinigung werden Bleibarren mit einem hohen Reinheitsgrad von 99,99% und 99,97% hergestellt. Diese Barren sind dann f\u00fcr die Verwendung in verschiedenen Industriezweigen bereit.<\/p>\n<p>Blei ist aufgrund seiner leichten Wiederverwendbarkeit in der Produktion und seiner hohen Recyclingrate ein \u00e4u\u00dferst wertvolles Material f\u00fcr das Recycling. Es spielt eine entscheidende Rolle in verschiedenen Sektoren, darunter erneuerbare Energien, Automobilbau, Verteidigung und Batterieherstellung. Diese weit verbreiteten Anwendungen machen das Bleirecycling zu einem wesentlichen Faktor f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit und Ressourceneffizienz. Durch die R\u00fcckgewinnung und Veredelung von Blei tragen wir zu einer Kreislaufwirtschaft bei und verringern den Bedarf an prim\u00e4rer Bleif\u00f6rderung.<\/p>\n<p>Da es sich bei Bleimaterialien um gef\u00e4hrliche Stoffe handelt, behandeln wir sie mit \u00e4u\u00dferster Sorgfalt und halten uns an strenge Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften, um eine verantwortungsvolle und nachhaltige Verarbeitung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Um eine sorgenfreie Lieferung an unsere Kunden zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, haben wir eine spezielle Abteilung f\u00fcr die Notifizierung unserer Materialien gem\u00e4\u00df dem Basler \u00dcbereinkommen.
