Posteriormente, esta muestra se prepara para su an\u00e1lisis en nuestro laboratorio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la preparaci\u00f3n, la muestra se seca y se tritura (&lt;250 micras). Adem\u00e1s, se realizan pruebas visuales para evaluar el aspecto f\u00edsico del lote. Como parte de esta evaluaci\u00f3n, el material se tamiza en varias fracciones. Si procede, pueden determinarse los rendimientos de fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Procesamiento<\/h3>\n<p>Los residuos de zinc se seleccionan y recopilan en funci\u00f3n de las especificaciones qu\u00edmicas requeridas y, si se prefiere, se trituran y\/o se tamizan. Utilizamos trituradoras de mand\u00edbulas y de rodillos y un sistema de cribado Mogensen. Adem\u00e1s, se embalan en big bags calificados (UN) si es necesario.<\/p>\n<h3>Reembalaje<\/h3>\n<p>Con el fin de cumplir todas las expectativas de nuestros clientes, hemos realizado varias inversiones para reembalar todo el material seg\u00fan los deseos de nuestros clientes. Podemos recibir material a granel, en big bags y en bidones. Todos los embalajes se inspeccionan a su llegada a los astilleros de Maastricht y Genk y, si es necesario, se vuelven a embalar en big bags de la ONU.<\/p>\n<p>En 2011 se construy\u00f3 una estaci\u00f3n de descarga con un sistema de llenado de big bags. Puede aceptar polvo de horno de arco el\u00e9ctrico (EAFD) cargado en camiones silo, as\u00ed como cenizas de zinc finamente fraccionadas producidas por fundidores y galvanizadores.<\/p>\n<p>En 2013 instalamos una estaci\u00f3n de llenado de contenedores. Esta estaci\u00f3n nos permite transferir el Feader desde los camiones silo, dentro de un sistema cerrado, a contenedores mar\u00edtimos de 20 pies colocados verticalmente con una bolsa de revestimiento interior. El sistema nos permite cargar una capacidad total de 20.000 toneladas al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
