Con todos los permisos e instalaciones necesarios, garantizamos el tratamiento seguro y eficaz de estos materiales. Mediante el proceso Ausmelt de lanza sumergida superior (TSL), fundimos eficazmente residuos de plomo junto con concentrados de plomo a altas temperaturas. Este avanzado m\u00e9todo de fundici\u00f3n permite una recuperaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima del metal al tiempo que minimiza los residuos y las emisiones. El resultado de este proceso es el plomo en lingotes, una forma semipura de plomo que a\u00fan contiene algunas impurezas. Para conseguir la m\u00e1xima calidad, el lingote de plomo se somete a un proceso de refinado en el que se eliminan los contaminantes restantes. Mediante esta purificaci\u00f3n, se producen lingotes de plomo con niveles de pureza de 99,99% y 99,97%. Estos lingotes est\u00e1n listos para su uso en diversas industrias.<\/p>\n<p>El plomo es un material muy valioso para el reciclado debido a su facilidad de reutilizaci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n y a su elevada tasa de reciclado. Desempe\u00f1a un papel crucial en diversos sectores, como las energ\u00edas renovables, la automoci\u00f3n, la defensa y la fabricaci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas. Estas aplicaciones tan extendidas hacen que el reciclaje del plomo sea esencial para la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia de los recursos. Al recuperar y refinar el plomo, contribuimos a una econom\u00eda circular y reducimos la necesidad de extraer plomo primario.<\/p>\n<p>Dada la peligrosidad de los materiales de plomo, los manipulamos con sumo cuidado, siguiendo estrictas normas de seguridad y medioambientales para garantizar un procesamiento responsable y sostenible. Para garantizar una entrega despreocupada a nuestros clientes, contamos con una divisi\u00f3n especial para la notificaci\u00f3n de nuestros materiales conforme al Convenio de Basilea. En los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os, hemos crecido hasta recibir y tratar anualmente m\u00e1s de 30.000 toneladas de residuos de plomo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
