Cet \u00e9chantillon est ensuite pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour \u00eatre analys\u00e9 dans notre laboratoire.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la pr\u00e9paration, l'\u00e9chantillon est s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et broy\u00e9 (&lt;250 microns). En outre, des tests visuels sont effectu\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer l&#039;aspect physique du lot. Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9valuation, le mat\u00e9riau est tamis\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rentes fractions. Les rendements de fusion peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n<h3>Traitement<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sidus de zinc sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et compil\u00e9s sur la base des sp\u00e9cifications chimiques requises et, si vous le souhaitez, broy\u00e9s et\/ou tamis\u00e9s. Nous utilisons des concasseurs \u00e0 m\u00e2choires et \u00e0 rouleaux ainsi qu'un syst\u00e8me de tamisage Mogensen. En outre, ils sont emball\u00e9s dans des big bags qualifi\u00e9s (UN) si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h3>Reconditionnement<\/h3>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes les attentes de nos clients, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plusieurs investissements pour reconditionner tout le mat\u00e9riel selon les souhaits de nos clients. Nous pouvons prendre le mat\u00e9riel en vrac, en big bags et en f\u00fbts. Tous les emballages sont inspect\u00e9s \u00e0 l'arriv\u00e9e dans les chantiers de Maastricht et de Genk et, si n\u00e9cessaire, reconditionn\u00e9s dans des big bags de l'ONU.<\/p>\n<p>Une station de d\u00e9chargement dot\u00e9e d'un syst\u00e8me de remplissage de big bags a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en 2011. Elle peut accepter des poussi\u00e8res de four \u00e0 arc \u00e9lectrique (EAFD) charg\u00e9es dans des camions-silos, ainsi que des cendres de zinc finement fractionn\u00e9es produites par les fonderies et les galvanisateurs.<\/p>\n<p>En 2013, nous avons install\u00e9 une station de remplissage de conteneurs. Cette station nous permet de transf\u00e9rer l'EAFD des camions-silos, dans un syst\u00e8me ferm\u00e9, dans des conteneurs maritimes de 20 pieds positionn\u00e9s verticalement avec un sac int\u00e9rieur. Le syst\u00e8me nous permet de charger une capacit\u00e9 totale de 20 000 tonnes par an.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
