Vous trouverez ces codes dans le catalogue europ\u00e9en des d\u00e9chets. Le code CED lui-m\u00eame se compose de six chiffres, tandis qu'un ast\u00e9risque \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du code indique que le d\u00e9chet est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme dangereux. Il est alors obligatoire d'entamer une proc\u00e9dure de notification aupr\u00e8s du gouvernement (r\u00e8glements europ\u00e9ens n\u00b0 259\/93 et n\u00b0 1013\/2006).<\/p>\n<h3>Transport<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous souhaitez exporter ou importer des d\u00e9chets dangereux via un \u00c9tat membre de l'UE, vous devez respecter le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en sur les transferts de d\u00e9chets (European Waste Shipment Regulation, ou EVOA en n\u00e9erlandais). Avant de transporter des d\u00e9chets dangereux \u00e0 travers la fronti\u00e8re, vous devez conclure un contrat avec le destinataire des d\u00e9chets. Vous devez \u00e9galement obtenir l'autorisation des pays de transit.<\/p>\n<h3>Notification d'assistance<\/h3>\n<p>Nous disposons des connaissances, de l'exp\u00e9rience et des proc\u00e9dures n\u00e9cessaires pour organiser le transport de d\u00e9chets dangereux conform\u00e9ment aux lois et r\u00e9glementations en vigueur.
