At MCM we have our own professionally equipped chemical laboratory with experienced analysts who guarantee a highly accurate analysis. Equipment is regularly checked and tested and the methods to be applied are up-to-date.
Our laboratory performs multiple methods to determine the analysis on various elements. Primarily zinc (Zn) and lead (Pb), which are particularly important for determining the pricing.
In order to create an overall picture of the quality, additional elements, often present in low concentrations, must also be measured. Examples include: aluminium (Al), iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), tin (Sn), cadmium (Cd), chloride (Cl) and H2O.
We use the standardized complexometric titration method because it is the most accurate method to measure Zinc and Lead for higher concentrations. Determination of fluorine (F) content is done by distillation and measuring is done with an ion selective electrode.
