STEP 1

SUPPLIER

As a supplier you can sell your zinc or lead waste materials to MCM. You will sent us a sample and we can analyse this sample in our own laboratory. Based on this analysis, we share with you all the useful information and we will provide you a tailor made commercial offer. If we both agree on all the aspects, you will receive a professional contract with all legal requirements and specifications.

TRANSPORT IN

The transport of your waste material is organized by yourself or by us, as agreed in the contract. From our side we arrange all kind of transport by road, ship or rail with all relevant legislation.

WAREHOUSING

WAREHOUSING

Our main warehouse location is in Maastricht (the Netherlands). At this location we have all the necessary environmental permits and we are also Seveso certified. This makes our warehouse safe and flexible, moreover we can store all kinds of (hazardous) waste (including 4.3 material).
We also have a storage in Genk (Belgium). Both locations in Maastricht and Genk do have a direct connection to the port of Antwerp and Rotterdam.

SAMPLING

SAMPLING

As your waste material arrives at our location a qualified sample-taker takes a representative sample of each batch of incoming material. This sample will be prepared for analysis in our own laboratory.

LABORATORY

LABORATORY

A sample of your material will be analysed in our laboratory where we use the standardized complexometric titration method. This is the most accurate method to measure your Zn of Pb. Also other elements will be determined like for example aluminium, iron, chloride and H2O.

TREATMENT

If necessary or desired we have the ability to do several treatments. We can crush and sieve waste materials or residues and we have all kind of possibilities to repack materials.

PAYMENT AND DOCUMENTS

Based on the outcome of the analysis and what is stipulated in the agreed contract, payment will be done and the documents are finalized.

END-USER

STEP 8

END-USER

Finally, the waste material will be transported to the end-user. In most cases the end-user is a producer of Special High Grade zinc or a lead producer.
From our side we have the expertise and knowledge to meet the ADR standards conform international regulations. Furthermore we can provide our suppliers and clients with all required support concerning the export or import of hazardous waste within EU.
