MCM’s main objective is to optimise its business operations, thereby minimising the number of emergencies and preventing any personal injury and environmental damage. The safety of our own members of staff and the environment is paramount in that respect.
MCM is subject to the scope of the Major Accidents (Risks) BRZO Decree 2015
(‘ Besluit Risico’s Zware Ongevallen’ ), internationally known as SEVESO III Decree. The resulting obligations formed the basis of a safety management system that has been integrated into the MCM management system.
Safety is primarily the responsibility of the company itself. SEVESO companies are inspected for compliance with SEVESO legislation by the government . MCM will be inspected at least annually according the SEVESO III legislation. MCM complies with this strict legislation.
